I spent way longer than I expected trying to get this set up. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do, and then I had to restart a few times... just not a smooth experience

I expected better for what I paid. The quality felt cheap to me, and I was also hoping for a faster response when I reached out. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

I ordered my usual size from Groundluxe, fully expecting them to fit like most shoes I buy, but they felt completely off on my feet. The front was way too tight, while the heel was loose enough that my foot kept slipping around.

I tried walking around the house in them for a little while, hoping maybe they just needed a minute to settle in, but they only felt more awkward and uncomfortable to me. It didn’t feel like a simple half-size issue, the whole shape just didn’t work for my foot.

i’m disappointed because I don’t want to play a guessing game with sizing just to maybe end up with a pair that fits. For me, these were not worth the hassle.

Maybe I’m being a little picky, and maybe I just expected too much, but the build quality really didn’t feel great to me. The edges didn’t line up properly, and after using it for a short while it already started to feel loose. I could maybe blame myself for not checking it more carefully at first, but for the price, I was disappointed. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I had a little issue with my order and I was already bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth nonsense with customer service. But they replied way faster than I expected, and it actually felt like a real person was trying to help instead of just sending me some generic copy-paste answer.

It still took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to get everything fully sorted, which was annoying, but at least they didn’t leave me hanging. Not a perfect experience, but I’m happy with how they handled it in the end

The whole website gives off unfinished vibes. Some sections are weirdly cramped, the colors feel like they were picked by “whatever works” guy, and the layout had me clicking around like, okay, where am I supposed to go? It just doesn’t come across as very professional, so I didn’t really feel like sticking around for long.

This just didn’t feel worth the price. I was expecting a bit more for what they charged, but it was one of those things where you’re left thinking, yeah, that was too much

Ordered from groundluxe.com. Item’s fine overall, but the plug didn’t fit my socket, so I had to use an adapter. Bit annoying.

Not a bad experience, just wish the plug type was clearer before checkout. Delivery was fine.

I followed the instructions, used cold water and a gentle cycle, and it still came out looking rough after just one wash. The edges curled up, it looked worn already, and it took forever to dry. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. i’m frustrated because all I wanted was something washable, and it didn’t even manage that.

Maybe it’s totally fine, who knows, but I wasn’t about to play “guess the legitimacy” with my money. If a store feels shady-adjacent or too much like a mystery-box checkout, I’m backing out
